Our customer service, production and deliveries work normally

Despite the abnormal circumstances due to COVID-19, our customer service and production work as usual and we are able to make all deliveries. We do not have any problems or delays in the supply of the components, and in addition, we have a large buffer stock. There might be some exceptions in deliveries in some countries because of internal restrictions of a country or of a logistics company.

All HK Instruments staff follows the protective measures against the coronavirus, such as washing hands frequently and maintaining social distance. We currently do not receive any visitors in our offices and factory. You can contact us by email, phone or teleconferencing.
